Parent Support

Finding time for self-care can feel impossible for new parents at times. Whether you are currently expecting and adjusting to this news, dealing with postpartum challenges, or experiencing anxiety or depression associated with the overwhelming need to “do-it-all” for your family, parent support sessions can offer you a dedicated weekly time for self-care and support with someone who truly understands.

I also provide support to parents with older children, and am a certified provider in the Positive Parenting Program ("Triple P"), an evidence-based practice aimed to improve daily family interactions, which is especially beneficial for caregivers who are learning to navigate a child's more challenging behaviors. In addition to Triple P, I utilize Non-Violent Communication techniques and an Attachment Parenting approach to help caregivers maintain a positive and healthy home. Please schedule a free video consultation (opens in a new tab) if you'd like to learn more about Triple P and how I can support you in being the best parent you can be. You can also contact me at (626) 263-0052 if you'd prefer we connect via phone.
