Cancellation policy:
Your session time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the missed session.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance plans:
I am considered an "out-of-network" therapist with any other insurance provider, so I do not bill them directly. With PPO insurance plans, you may be reimbursed either partially, or in full. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer. Please contact your insurance company ahead of time and ask the following questions about your coverage:
- Does my plan provide me with out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services?
- Is there a deductible I need to meet before my insurance will start to reimburse me?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What percentage of the cost of my therapy session will my insurance cover?
- Do I need to get prior authorization in order to be eligible for reimbursement?
